1. "Photograph(s) means all photographic material furnished by Winter Park Resort hereunder, whether transparencies, negatives, prints, digital images, or otherwise.
2. All Photographs and copyrights associated therewith shall remain the exclusive property of Winter Park Resort.
3. Client acquires only the rights specified and assumes insurer's liability (a) indemnify Photographer and/or Winter Park Resort for loss, damage, or misuse of any photographs.
4. User will not make or permit any alteration, additional of subtractions in respect of the photographs, including without limitation any digitalization or synthesization of the photographs, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or with other electronic means now or hereafter known without the written consent of Winter Park Resort being first obtained in each instance.
5. Winter Park Resort's copyright notice "© Winter Park Resort" must accompany each use as an adjacent credit line.
6. Internet usage of images must accompany in each use Winter Park Resort's copyright notice "© Winter Park Resort, www.winterparkresort.com" an adjacent credit line and/or a link to the www.WinterParkResort.com website.
7. Client may not assign or transfer this agreement or any rights granted hereunder.
